As we go about our day we are so focused on what we need to accomplish that we seldom think of the potential dangers lurking on every surface and touchpoint with which we come into contact.
In the infographic below, we can clearly see that no place is devoid of germs and bacteria and that our poor handbags (or manbags) really bare the brunt of the potential contamination. We put them down in random places and the surfaces they come into contact with are seldom germ-free. And although not always life-threatening (as we have built up some good resistance towards some bacteria) other bacteria can do some real harm.
